MANCHESTER, N.H. (WHDH) – A Manchester couple is dealing with a number of counts of kid endangerment after officers found 5 kids dwelling in what police thought of “deplorable” circumstances.
Steven Legault, 36, and Candace Krauklin, 35, have been arrested on Thursday, Jan. 26, almost three weeks after police first found and eliminated the youngsters from their residence.
Officers have been initially known as to the Lake Avenue tackle the morning of Jan. 7, after a Division of Public Works worker reported seeing a younger boy on the dwelling, yelling from a window that he “couldn’t get out.”
